inspired by the ethnic mosaic that is CANADA,
They deliver a high-energy performance.

Audiences are mesmerized and instantly hooked by the signature latin-inspired pop-sounds brought to life by the unique ensemble that is Really Big World. Described as “a new genre”  and “decidedly different”. The Toronto-based group fuses the talents of four female vocalist and a diverse array of 10 musicians, including 3 percussionists and a brass section. This diverse group hails from Armenia, Canada, Cuba, India, Jamaica, Korea, the Philippines, and Poland creating a musical collage that is a reflection of this really big world.

Co-founders Joaquin Nunez Hidalgo (Musical Director and drums-percussion) and Mark Daniels (congas, percussion and Executive Producer) nurture the creation of original Canadian music inspired by the ethnic mosaic that is Canada to deliver a high-energy dynamic performance.

Their much-anticipated debut album, "Home to You"* was released in late July of last year and tracked in the top 10 on the charts across Canada. Really Big World* presented “Underneath”, a musical and theatrical multi-dimensional show that debuted on the main stage of the Beaches Jazz Festival in July 2016.

*Really Big World, formerly known as 7Sould, changed their name in early 2017.
